Yes. And same rules for departing CDG to any or all airports. The EU and US liquid restriction rules are fully harmonized in policy, and they are applicable regardless of carrier when flying from or via CDG. For the return to the US, getting PreCheck or not on a boarding pass makes no difference to the airports’ security screeners: you will still have to remove larger electronics and liquids/gels/aerosols at CDG or any other EU/Schengen airport used to commence a journey in/from/within the Schengen zone.
