I doubt I can change my ticket, but can someone confirm that the Airport Express is a decent way to move from the airport to this hotel?
You can also try Uber Flash which will match you with the closest Uber or taxi, and when it's a taxi it gets paid via Uber. Or just get some HKD and use a regular taxi.
