Don't think I ever followed up on my crappy experience here: I had emailed the GM to share my feedback. It took many follow ups to even get a response, which ended up being entirely lackluster. Zero recovery offered aside from a "next category upgrade" on my next visit. Haha… this is only useful because they don't upgrade people like they're supposed to 🙄.
Also a whole paragraph about how they have a zero tolerance policy on solicitation and work with the police and security guards to ensure it doesn't happen on property. How he can say that with a straight face when Spasso is well known to be a bar that offers working girls beats me… e.g.
