o Room upgraded circa 10am checkin day to club room with lounge access (even though award night... all previous stays were paid qual corp rate, last stay was in 2015)
o continental lounge b/f, can pay reduced 10gbp upsell per person for full restraunt b/f
o alcohol 1730-1930 like before (canapes, spirits, still wine, bottled beer amstel/carlsberg)
o addition of 700w microwave in lounge

Mostly same as per above post. Spire upgrade to club room with lounge, but implication that if all club rooms are occupied then lounge access might not be granted.
Not told about upgrade to restaurant breakfast.
Lounge still 1730-1930 but not fully cleared away until 2000.
Lounge food is very poor, nachos and nuts and some sort of tasteless supposedly savoury tart (2cm diameter). Drinks as above post.
Lounge breakfast: pastries, cereal, bread+toaster, ham and cheese, yoghurt, fruit, smoothie, juices (concentrate), coffee/tea selection. Hard boiled eggs (made perfectly). Toaster is right in front of the fridge area, resulting in lots of guests standing there waiting for toast and blocking others from accessing fridge. Too many tables too close to each other near to buffet area also causing congestion.
Hours weekday 0700-1030, weekend 0800-1130.
Other poor points - lifts are very slow and unresponsive, shower cubicle is very dark, room door takes 30 seconds to close on its own (or need to apply large amount of pressure).
Good points - stay preferences (next to lift) fulfilled perfectly, status member check-in area separate from the rest of the front desk.
