I know I'm from New York, so I should have an opinion - but anyone have a strong opinion on a non-sushi 1-star Michelin restaurant in NYC? We're in our last 10 weeks before we have a baby that will make it a little more challenging to get into these spots - so looking for spots to hit up before it'll become a much more special occasion than it feels like now.
(I didn't ask for any 2 or 3-star spots because we've basically been to all of them)

I’ve heard Del Posto is great, but never been myself. And I’d like to hear more consistent reports from L’atelier and Le Grill de Joel Robuchon before I go.
