Have been using my card for a couple of weeks and it rejected this morning when making a couple of small transactions (normal spending). I called in and they said my account is under review and I will be getting an irs form in the mail. This is the first time this has happened to me and I've probably had 100 citi cards. I also have an approved business card on the way to me and I am wondering if it will affect that card as well.
