Decided to dig deep on this one - I grabbed a rare beer that was part of a series my wife had bought for me 5 years ago and aged it until today. It's called 'Long of Tooth', a collaboration between De Proefbrouwerij in Belgium and Surly Brewing Co. in Minneapolis. It's an English old ale crossed with a chocolate stout, and it tastes (and looks) great after 5 years in the fridge. Pretty excited to see how all my old stouts turn out down the road that I've got sitting in the fridge
