I'm pretty sure I crossed another 5k threshold last month and not seeing any more nights post I called Chase and contacted Hyatt. Chase sent me a letter including the following:
Qualifying nights are issued 8 weeks from the last day of the month for which spend is met.
I'll probably cross another 5k this month also. Meanwhile I'm watching to see if/when these post. The last set I got in April posted shortly after that statement closed.
