How’s the staff? Are they all too cool to help and provide good customer service?

Fui my last w experience was in nyc downtown and I swore I’d never do another w. Loud techno music in the lobby, staff couldn’t give two rats to help me while they were all decked out in black clothing head to toe.

Total waste of a hotel and on my never again list

I go to bne at least once a year, usually do the Marriott. Could be swayed to try this w, but I like my hotels to be calm and quiet. I don’t want to think I’m in a club when I get to my hotel
