I didn't realize that room service breakfast was an option for the globalist breakfast benefit.

Was it offered to you as an option when you checked in? Did you ask? Or did you just order room service (expecting to have to pay for it) and then were surprised that you were not charged?

If this is policy, it's great -- the only other Hyatt where I've been offered that option was the PHNY. It's definitely in the "above and beyond" category (since the T&C specifically excludes room service breakfast). Always nice to see a hotel go above and beyond
