No on the UA Club Pass. Delta Gold Amex won't help you either.

There is a Plaza Premium Lounge in Terminal 3 which you can pay to enter. Lounge Buddy charges $39 USD. Is your flight home a nonstop as an IB codeshare on AA or do you stop in Spain? AA uses Terminal 3 and IB can use Either 1 or 3.
