Not that I really know these things, but my guess is that the most compelling case for this service would be for pretty rich travelers in Marin County and Wine Country who are linking to transcon or intercon flights from SFO. That's the combination of lots of bucks and a really long drive time during commute hours.
My understanding is that the Marin and Napa runs are being looked into but they are initially apparently getting contracts and service in line at the main commercial airports and some of the heavy hitting Bay Area executive airports such as PAO and Hayward. More to follow I guess.
