I was able to do OLCI from the website by going to my trips (list of all) and clicking from there. It wouldn't let me see my next trip from the homepage (after I logged in), and every page is loading extremely slowly today.
I also couldn't see the seat map, but I suspect that the cabin in full.
The app won't even let me continue as "guest" and see flight status.
ADDED: I see that at least one TATL departed about two hours late today, for no (other) apparent reason.
