It sounds as if the streaming category may be limited to specific services. Not sure if this is the complete list:
Chase Freedom introduced the first-time category of select streaming services, including Netflix, Hulu, Sling, Vudu, FuboTV, Apple Music, SiriusXM, Pandora and Spotify.
That list is indeed complete, according to the Chase Freedom FAQ that you can see when you log into your account.
