after some recommendations for providers likely to offer cross border care hire (from JNB towards Swaziland or possibly Mozambique, and from DUR into Lesotho)

i thought i’d try my luck with Woodford as figured they would be more forgiving than the majors but unfortunately has been declined on security grounds (they didn’t specify which of the two rentals, and which country on the JNB rental so i’m unclear on where the specific risk is, or if it’s just “everywhere outside of South Africa”)

our friends on the ground in SA are telling us it’s safer to drive out of the country than remain around Johannesburg so i’m A little stumped!
