Not worthy of a new topic so will jump onto this one as it's somewhat relevant...
How big of an issue (in your perspective) is front desk calling you at 2:30am to ask "Is there a crib in your room?" Apparently they needed a crib and thought it was a good idea to check whether there was one in my room by calling at 2:30am, even though I never requested one.
I had a very early flight so got up at 4am, and this really interrupted the little sleep I was getting. Spoke to the manager on the phone later, she kind of just shrugged it off and said explicitly that she wouldn't provide any kind of a refund/CS gesture in points (was award night stay).
On the one hand I understand somebody probably needed a crib, but on the other hand, why would it be in my room? My room was serviced the day before (this was 2nd night of 2 night stay),and even if there somehow was a crib in my room - calling at 2:30am? I would never ever call anyone that late unless it's a real emergency.
