LOL. Sensitive, much? I wasn't targeting you in particular - but people complain a lot more than they compliment, and there is another side to the story at this hotel. Oh and TripAdvisor is the definitive authority? Let's see. Number 1 on TripAdvisor in NYC is a Hampton Inn. I'll take the PHNY over that any day, AND I note the Four Seasons is ranked lower than the PHNY.
