Just how can you collect an e-ticket?!?

I ask because I'm doing my first UK Domestic next week LHR-EDI-LHR and the printed itinerary from my TA says 'PLEASE COLLECT YOUR E-TICKET FROM BRITISH AIRWAYS AT HEATHROW' where it normally (for international flights on e-tickets) says 'PLEASE PROCEED TO A BRITISH AIRWAYS CHECK-IN DESK AND QUOTE <PNR>'.

Is there some special, strange hoop to jump through I don't know about? I'm travelling with hand baggage only so I had hoped I'd just OLCI, SS check-in with my EC card and then head through security?

My only previous visit to the UK Domestic area of T1 was LHR-DUB-LHR on EI last year but that was paper tickets anyway.
