From what I understand applications like that (and ncap etc...) don't work any more after SP2.

Also, in SP2 the amount of permitted open threads in TCP/IP has been limited to 10, making stuff like file sharing pretty much impossible, also, anyone using web, email, IM and one or 2 other things at the same time will run into problems.

There is a hacked version of the TCP/IP stack out there...
