Annual fee hit on my British Airways Visa Rewards card. I received a retention offer in June of 2015 (had card since 2011). Called today, front line rep said she could close it, no offers, pay fee or close card. Confirmed that I have a couple more weeks to close card and get a refund, left it alone for now. Is there a better number to call than the number on the back, or better luck saying anything?
