For the reason I indicated in my previous post, I would not look at it this way. In effect, what you are getting is an additional 1% of your flight spend in Accor money. Not a game changer but better than a kick in the groin.

Yes, I think that it has to be per 10 euro spent rather than per euro spent as otherwise the sums do not really make sense.I can't see Accor giving you 10% of your flight spend back.
