I have had nothing but terrible experiences with JB since they updated their boarding process. It seems that no matter what seat I choose (aisle or window not EMS) I am group D or E, and I am being forced to check my overhead bag. Half the time when I walk on the plane there is plenty of room for my bag. I should not have to check my bag simply because I want an aisle seat. I now only fly DL and WN.
