Booked Flex Class - Credited 50% miles
Hello,

I recently flew

SYD - YVR
YVR - YUL

I purchased the flex fare which on AC website and on my ticket says I will accumulate 100% of the mileage.

I was only awarded 50% of the miles between SYD and YVR, but 100% of the miles between YVR and YUL. My ticket says under fare rules 100% of the mileage. I called Aeroplan about missing miles since doing online didn't work. They said they couldn't do anything because I flew in "G" and it was a standard fare and only awarded 50% between Canada and International Destinations.

Has this happened with anyone else? I found it weird the Aeroplane agent told me she could only award me 50% even if my ticket says I should receive 100% of the miles flown.

They told me to contact AC regarding this. I have a feeling they will tell me to contact Aeroplan as soon as I inquire about missing miles. We're taking about 3 884 miles, quite a big chunk, and most probably the difference between hitting 50K or not for me this year.
