It was via live chat. I always use the same request:
"For accounted ending in xxxx I signed up for an offer of 60,000 miles after a $3000 spend. I see now you have a 65,0000 offer. Could I have 5000 miles added to my offer as a courtesy?"
I honestly think its a typo but at least I should get 5k.
