The Wikipost at the top of the page has the train and tube information.

The Bus Ticket office is depicted as being next to the Costa’s and baggage reclaim 8 at LGW South. The link in the Wikipost to the Nat Ex coach station information has links to Nat Ex coach stops with interactive maps, ticket kiosk and machine information, etc.

Advance purchase gives you an extra cost option for a flexible ticket. Buying on arrival may entail a queue.
