Since, as pointed out by [MENTION=100980]HkCaGu[/MENTION], it does not appear that you have Global Entry but are concerned about being penalized at a later time, I moved your question to a more relevant thread. Even though the title of this thread mentions a $300 fine, there are many reported incidents here where the travelers got away with just a warning.
