I think "Executive Correspondence" is a call center/department type thing, so it's not so much that this person is an executive of any sort but that they're in a higher caliber call center than the usual folks.

As for resolving the matter, try calling them and telling the new person your issue? Or reply and ask how to escalate the issue.

What's the tl;dr of the issue? Others here may have run into it before.
