Yes, it's a minimum 600/1200 for the SAS flights you mention. Just be careful that there has been talk for a long time that earnings on SAS will be cut "any time". It's not happened yet and the last big scare was about 9 months ago when they slashed the earnings in their own program. I wouldn't book SAS flight TOO far ahead if I were you. As for mileage, on all my SAS flights it's pretty much been what GCMAP says (less maybe 10 to 20 miles), so that's a pretty reliable way to work it out.
