When I check PZ availability for the all segments at the same time (A-SFO-NRT-B), SFO-NRT segment shows PZ=0.
However, when I check PZ availability just for SFO-NRT, it shows PZ=9.
So, is the SFO-NRT segment upgradeable by GPU immediately???
