Too bad. The plastic bags are quite handy and make up for the lack of public trash cans. And work much better than paper for protecting items in the event of rain (even inside a nominally water resistant backpack). I'll take the smaller ones back home for use as a trash bag in the car. Just the right size and usually a good thickness for for durability.
