Staying at the Chicago Marriott Hotel. There was no acknowledgement of my Titanium status (an no room upgrade) and I had to ask about my arrival gift and then argue with them to get a breakfast voucher (lounge is closed on weekends). Hotel seems dated and the elevators are shabby. Shuttle driver wasn't very pleasant.
