If you plan to travel a lot, I'd recommend buying a standard 220V flat iron in Europe and taking it on your trips. Dual voltage is ok but usually they're only "native" in one voltage -- I find they often don't work as well in the second. I have 2 sets of flat irons and 2 sets of travel blowdryers as well.
