Hi All,

A newbie here and we are running into a pretty sad situation that we booked 4 tickets for the Summer in March but now my wife needs to go thru a couple of surgeries shortly and that she is having her MRI appointment on June 19 then likely have to wait for a week for results then perhaps a couple more weeks for the first surgery then the second surgery is scheduled on 2nd week of July but could change depends on how long she has wait for the first surgery then the recover time recommended is 4-6 weeks..

The 3 tickets are set to depart on July 21 and the 4th is Aug 13, here are my questions,
1. If we have to cancel all 4 tickets before the 21 days stated on the e-ticket I received, would that be July 1st (June 30th due to holiday) ?
2. The total penalty would just be $150 x 4 = $600 ? is the 'call in to book' fee refunded too ?
3. Since I haven't traveled, all those air travelers security charge, HST, carrier fees etc will be refunded ?
4. Since this is a medical emergency , has anyone successfully have these cancellation fees waives if we provide a letter from the Doctor ?
