Hi - 125 GBP for flying on a different flight. There were other prices for downgrading to WTP or WT which were slightly less if I recall (maybe 100 and 75 respectively). One chap next to me got moved to a NRT flight and they arranged what I can only imagine was a very expensive taxi for him.
