We did two tours with them, one was great, the other one not so much. It very much depends on the guide I think.
One of the guys was lazy, never went in the water with us. All passengers were from the Conrad and then the first of four stops was at the Conrad, ten metres out.
But the second tour we did was fantastic, never saw any Manta rays though.

I think 89k for a free night still seems reasonable for what you get, lots of availability now.
