So I just got scheduled on KLM again (for mid July business class MSP->AMS->BOM and back). Delta metal to AMS then KLM to BOM in a 787. Ticket price $11k round trip. I'm really not looking forward to this but I'll report back on if the service level is the same as my last trip.
