I had a reservation today (6/13) using my last three 12F coupon. Went to the counter at HNL just past 6pm local time, and the agent found all three coupons showing as expired. She was able to apply some credits and get the total down to the same amount though. I guess National's system made these coupon expire at 11:59pm Eastern Time?
Edit: I was probably unclear about the time zone issue. The FAQ page (unavailable now as the promotion has ended) only says 11:59pm 6/13 but didn't specify any time zone, so I assumed it's local time. However, I just checked the T&C and it specifically says 11:59pm CDT. Anyways, I was picking up around 6:15pm Hawaii time, which should only be 11:15pm CDT but the system still showed they are already expired, which made me wonder if National coded the coupons as expiring at 11:59pm Eastern time by mistake.
Anyone else tried using the coupons on 6/13 and ran into any issues?
