It was an issue last time I connected from AA to BA at LHR with a connection that was more than 24 hours away. The club agents at DCA tried to get the BP printed (and one seemed to be a BA liaison), but in the end they realized it was too early. When I got to LHR, I just went to the BA transfers desk and had the the BP printed. It took all of 30 secs.
