Absolutely crazy prices. The first flight is only just over an hour in the air. Having checked the second flight it looks like there are currently only about 8 seats allocated in business. What are they thinking?
Qatar has been doing this for quite some time now. It just doesn't make any sense at all.
Their 'special offers' are actually much higher than if you had just bought a business ticket initially.
It's therefore unsurprising that business class cabins on many routes are pretty empty most of the time.
The airline should be trying the maximize revenue, not discourage it.
