My wife did OGG-YVR on Omni this week and described it as "awful". Her biggest complaint was seat comfort. She will definitely not consider flying them again.
Cabin crew was a mix of Omni and AC. She thought the Omni FAs were very good. AC FAs were included because Omni's crew don't speak French. Catering was the same as AC - choice of butter chicken or ravioli.
That’s not surprising. I’m still hopeful that someone will be able to investigate a bit and recommend the least awful seats. Even if they’re all equally uncomfortable, I’d rather be uncomfortable with more legroom than with less.
