In recent days LH1418 which Kensterfly is considering and most other flights to OTP left or will leave from Z gates rather than B gates.

The official Z to B transfer requires a train ride and clearing security, though no passport control. This route may be tight with 60 minutes.
The Skyline train is not running until 24 June and there is a replacement transfer bus service between Z and B. In addition an airside transfer bus between Z and B may continue to run after 24 June.

However I do agree that this connection is rather tight unless the flight from the US arrives at a Z gate and the OTP flight leaves from Z. Unfortunately nothing in FRA can be guaranteed.
