Shortly wrapping up an 11 night stay here.
Diamond - received a room on the 11th floor (Executive Level).
Best attribute of the hotel are the staff at the EL. I saw the earlier post about staff being nearly useless and my experience is 100% the opposite. They came to know me by name on the second day, and were always there to help with preparing a beverage, asking how my day was, and getting to know me - and remember our chats from the day before. Reciprocally, it doesn't hurt that I got to know them and call them by name. I think the options for an EL are better than average for Hilton, though everything is done to teeny-tiny portions. May cut down on waste, but sometimes you just want a scoop of something and not have to do petite plates.
Biggest complaint - compared to the Makati Shang and the BGC Shang, this is a NOISY property. I hear all manner of sounds from the hallway. I heard someone in the room next to me enjoying the company of his lady friend for a few hours. I can hear every doorbell around me. And staff doing their mid-day room checks, or mini-bar checks or - anything - knock knock knock, announce self; knock knock knock, announce self; knock knock knock, announce self. OMG. This is not a hotel for someone who works graveyard, you will be woken up every day.
If I was a regular daytime worker, I think this would have been a fine option for a moderately short stay. But I wouldn't do another long stay as there is much more to do in Makati or BGC.
