But there
are bins that are designated "for Main Cabin Extra", which are located above MCE rows.
AA sells bulkhead seats as MCE, and one of the benefits is designated overhead bin space. Not a
specific space for sure, but if entire bins are being placed off limits that is certainly diminishing one of the MCE benefits.
