I never heard any bad comments about the drivers here: Newest Classifieds posted today | the Beijinger
In the past I have used Mark ( Mark's Mutianyu great wall Tour ,Beijing tour guide, English speaking driver, Beijing private tour, ) if you do not need an English speaking driver, let him know, it is most probably cheaper.
