Yes, long story short I don't need to go to Shanghai, I'm travelling into mainland china but not in PVG area anymore

What if there isn't I class available? Can I pay more for to make my HKG-LHR? leg higher fare class I don't mind let's saying pay £1000 or so to change but I would feel pretty sick having to pay double that. It's a business expense and it's my fault but the bean counters would be upset if I didn't make a honest attempt to save money.
