Where’s my booking reference? It doesn’t work.
Hi. I have booked an itinerary MVD-MAD-BUD-IST-MAD-MVD.

Legs MVD-MAD and MAD-MVD are operated by Iberia, the rest by Turkish.

My travel agent gave me the eticket and I have two reference numbers, a 5 characters one that says Iberia and a 6 characters one that says GDS.

I have tried to access my booking through Iberia to select seats and it says there’s an error, same for Turkish, says that I cannot enter as it was booked by an agent.

Is there any way of fixing that and getting a correct booking number? I can see the booking on check my trip.
