My view may be somewhat skewed as I personally value a high quality fitness centre and pool, at least a hot tub. Oh, did I mention there is no hot tub!! Anyways, yes the hotel has character but if you are thinking Frontenac you WILL be disappointed. I didn't use an upgrade here as the hotel did it themselves, up to a Deluxe anyways and this afforded a decent size room.
