No there is no lounge for a Plus codeshare on TAP, unless you book a Plus fare that map in to a business class fare with TAP (if such a thing exists). That is the "danger" with codeshares, you book a promise of carrier A but get the service of carrier B. When someone is booked on LH codeshare on an SK short haul in Go, they don't get free drinks and a snack because Luftansa offers that.. Similarly, TAP does not provide lounge access for codeshare unless you are in J, even if SK does for Plus.
