Stayed here recently ON A WEEKDAY as diamond....booked "king room city"
Got an "upgrade" to a "king executive city" on a high floor, but thats it...room looks like any other king room.
Was hoping to get at least a room with view to the gardens and tokyo bay...but my room was facing the buildings.
Quick glance online shows all room types available.
Is this standard treatment of diamonds ?
Should I have made more of a fuss checking-in ?
