Does anyone know if I'm entitled to a free cancellation in a scenario where my inbound flight to LAS now lands over an hour later than originally booked?

I've read conflicting information. Some says it's 120 mins to justify a cancellation, but others say 61-119 mins can be refunded to a voucher?
